Why join PatientCare

Built around how you actually practise.

We handle the payment, the booking and the paperwork so that your time goes to the consultation itself.

  • Paid before you consult

Patients hold prepaid funds in their PatientCare health account, so the consultation is settled before it starts.

  • Bookings in one place

Your schedule, your patient list and your consultation notes all sit in the provider portal.

  • Work how you choose

Take online consultations, in person visits, or a mix. You set what you offer and when.

  • Reach new patients

Patients who could never afford private care find you through the app, often for the first time.

  • Credentials verified once

We check your council registration during onboarding so patients know every provider on the platform is real.

  • Refer as well, if you want

Providers can also sign up as agents and earn on the members they bring to PatientCare.

How onboarding works

One onboarding group each month.

We review applications as they arrive and gather approved applicants into a single onboarding session each month, so you meet the team properly rather than being dropped into a portal alone.

  1. 1

    Send your application

Fill in the form below and attach your council registration and any practising licence. No account is created at this stage.

  2. 2

    We review it

Our team checks your details and your documents against the council or body you are registered with.

  3. 3

You are invited to a cohort

If your application passes review we place you in the next monthly onboarding session and email you the date and joining instructions.

  4. 4

    You attend the session

We walk through the platform, how consultations and payments work, and what patients expect. Attending is a step towards approval, not the approval itself.

  5. 5

    Final approval

Once verification is complete and we have confirmed you attended, we approve your application and create or link your provider account.

  6. 6

    You go live

You complete your profile in the provider portal, we switch you on, and you start taking bookings.

Next onboarding session

The next onboarding session has not been scheduled yet. We will email you the date once it is set.

Tell us about your practice

Everything marked with a star is required. Your documents are stored privately and are only opened by the team reviewing your application.

Sending this form does not list you as a provider

It records your application and puts it in the queue for review. Nothing is activated automatically, and attending an onboarding session does not by itself approve you.

  • No account, profile or listing is created when you submit this form.
  • Your credentials are checked with the council or regulatory body you name.
  • You are only listed once verification is complete, you have attended an onboarding session, and our team has given final approval.
About your practice

We use this to contact you, and it becomes your login if you are approved.

Digits only, and you may start with a plus and your country code.

Registration and services

We verify this against the body you named before approving you.

Services you offer

List them one per line, for example general consultations, chronic care follow ups, or antenatal checks.

Do you consult online, in person, or both?

You can change this later in the provider portal.

Would you also like to become a PatientCare agent?

Agents earn a share when the members they refer top up their health account.

Supporting documents

Supporting documents

Attach your council registration and any practising licence or qualification certificate. PDF, PNG, JPEG or WEBP, up to 5.0 MB each and 10.0 MB in total, 5 documents maximum. Your files are stored privately and are only opened by the PatientCare team reviewing your application.

Drag your documents here, or choose them from your device.

Your consent

We will email you either way, usually within a few working days.

Common questions

Before you apply.

Who can apply?
Doctors, nurses and therapists registered with a Namibian professional council or regulatory body. You will need your registration number and a copy of your registration document.
Does attending the onboarding session mean I am approved?
No. The session is part of onboarding, not the decision. We still have to finish verifying your credentials and give final approval before you are listed or can take bookings.
When is the next onboarding session?
We run one session each month. The date of the next one is shown above the form, and approved applicants receive it by email along with the joining instructions.
What documents do I need?
At minimum your council registration. Your annual practising licence, a qualification certificate, an ID document or proof of address all help us verify you faster. You can attach up to five files in PDF, PNG, JPEG or WEBP.
Can I be a provider and an agent at the same time?
Yes. Tick the option in the form and, if we approve you, we will list you as an agent as well and issue your referral code at the same time.
Do I have to work online?
No. You choose online, in person, or both, and you can change it later in the provider portal.
What happens to my documents?
They are stored in private encrypted storage. Only the PatientCare team reviewing your application can open them, and every time one is opened we record who did it.
I already have a PatientCare account. Is that a problem?
No. If the email address you give us already has an account we add your provider profile to it rather than creating a second one.
