From application to your first referral.
Every application is read by a person. We check who you are and how you plan to refer members before anything is switched on.

We review it
Our team reads every application. We may call or email you if we need to check something before deciding.

You are approved
If we approve you we create your PatientCare account using the name and email you gave us, or link the account you already have.

Your code is issued and tested
We check that your referral code works before we send it to you, so your very first sign up is credited to you correctly.

You start referring
You receive your code, a separate email to set your password, and a short guide on signing people up.

Common questions
Before you apply.
- Does it cost anything to become an agent?
- No. There is no joining fee, no monthly fee and nothing to buy. If anyone asks you to pay to become a PatientCare agent, it is not us.
- How much can I earn?
- You earn a share of what the people you referred put into their PatientCare health account. There is no cap, and the more active the people you sign up are, the more you earn. We confirm the exact rate in writing when we approve you.
- When do I get my referral code?
- Only after we approve your application. We also check that the code resolves correctly before we send it, so you are never given a code that does not work.
- I already use the PatientCare app. Do I need a new account?
- No. If the email address you give us already has an account, we link your agent profile to it rather than creating a second one.
- Do I need to be employed?
- No. Agents include employed people, self employed people, students, and people between jobs. What matters is that you can explain how you plan to reach members.
- How long does the review take?
- Usually a few working days. If we need more information we will contact you first rather than declining straight away.
