Digital Health Africa has recognised Dr. Suraia Schiceya, co-founder of PatientCare, among 12 African women shaping the future of digital health across the continent.
Dr. Suraia Schiceya is a medical doctor and mental health advocate focused on integrating wellness into digital healthcare solutions. As co-founder of PatientCare, she is advancing holistic, technology-driven approaches to care.
Her expertise in psychiatry, infant mental health, and postpartum support informs her work in designing solutions that prioritise emotional and psychological wellbeing.
Through her advocacy and ongoing research, she continues to champion mental health as a cornerstone of individual and community health.
