The founders of a digital health-care platform, PatientCare Namibia, said it has provided healthcare services to about 500 patients since its launch in January 2025.
Co-founder Dr Ferlin Suraia Schiceya said the platform was developed to address the needs of the 82% of Namibians without medical aid, adding that since inception it has recorded about 1,800 downloads.
