Run your clinicwithout the paper.

Bookings, patient files, billing and claims in one place, with your patients able to book you from the PatientCare app. Tell us about your clinic and we will show you what it would look like running yours.
Why clinics move to PatientCare
Less admin, more consulting time.
Most of what slows a clinic down is not medicine. It is finding the file, chasing the payment and rewriting the same details into three systems.
One diary for the whole clinic
Every practitioner's bookings in one view, with walk-ins and app bookings landing in the same place.
Patient files that stay put
Notes, history and documents on one record, found in seconds rather than in a cabinet.
Billing and claims together
Invoice at the end of the consultation, with tariff and coding already attached.
Patients can find you
Clinics on PatientCare are bookable from the app by people looking for care nearby.
Your staff, your permissions
Reception, nursing and practitioners each see what they need and nothing they do not.
We move you across
Bringing existing patient records over is part of onboarding, not something you are left to do alone.
How it works
From pre-registering to seeing patients.
Nothing is automated here. A person reads what you send and gets in touch, because what a clinic needs depends entirely on how it already works.
- 1
Tell us about your clinic
Fill in the form below. It takes a couple of minutes, and you do not create an account or enter any card details.
- 2
We get in touch
Someone from our team contacts you to understand how your clinic runs today, what it would cost, and what moving your records involves.
- 3
You see it working
We walk you through the clinic portal with your own scenarios, not a canned demo, so you can judge whether it fits.
- 4
We set your clinic up
If you decide to go ahead we create your clinic, invite your staff and help you bring your existing records across.
- 5
You start on a free trial
Every new clinic starts with a free trial, so you can run real days through it before committing to anything.
Pre-register
Tell us about your clinic
Everything marked with a star is required. The rest helps us come to the conversation already knowing roughly what you need.
Pre-registering does not create an account
It tells us you are interested and puts your clinic in front of our team. Nothing is set up, nothing is charged, and you are not committed to anything by sending this.
- No clinic, no login and no subscription is created when you submit this form.
- A person reads it and contacts you, usually within a few working days.
- Your clinic is only set up once you have spoken to us and decided to go ahead.
Common questions
Before you pre-register.
- Does pre-registering commit me to anything?
- No. It puts your clinic in front of our team so we can get in touch. No account is created, nothing is charged, and you can walk away at any point in the conversation.
- What does PatientCare cost a clinic?
- It depends on the size of the clinic and how many practitioners use it, so we would rather quote you properly than publish a number that turns out not to apply. Every new clinic also starts on a free trial.
- We already use another system. Can we move?
- Yes, and helping you move is part of onboarding. Tell us what you run today on the form and we will come to the conversation knowing what is involved.
- Do our patients need the app?
- No. Your reception can book and manage everything from the clinic portal. Patients who do use the app can book you directly, which is where a lot of new patients come from.
- How long does setting up take?
- The clinic itself is set up quickly. How long the whole move takes depends mostly on how many existing records you want brought across, which we work out with you.
- Who from the clinic should fill this in?
- Whoever can talk about how the clinic runs, usually the practice manager or the owner. We only need one person, and we will ask for anyone else we need to speak to.
